Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from receiving goods. If we are told within those 14 days then you have another 14 days in which to return the goods to us. Unfortunately if you don’t notify us in those 14 days we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-personalised/custom items can be returned for full refund if you’re not satisfied with the product or if the item is damaged. Photographic evidence of how items arrived and any problems the items may have should be emailed to shazbatdesigns@hotmail.co.uk
Unfortunately personalised/custom items can’t be returned unless faulty on arrival (photographic evidence needed) in which case 50% of the price of the item will be refunded. The customer is responsible for return postage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the item is faulty or damaged and can’t be replaced then a full refund will be given (excluding returned P&P) via PayPal. If the item is personalised/customised then 50% of the price of the item will be refunded (excluding returned P&P) via PayPal.

Refunds will be sent within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received notification from PayPal about returned funds please check your spam box first.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item is personalised/customised please be aware that it could take up to 4 weeks to make a complete new item due to it all being hand burned. Ready made items can be sent out once the the defective or damaged original is returned.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 15 Eastern Close, Dinnington, Sheffield S25 2NU.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We advise that return postage is trackable as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
